We feel how natural disasters affect people's lives. We care and we believe in hope, that brings people to work together in efforts to help people rebuild their lives after disaster.
We are a nonprofit committed to helping those affected by natural disasters in Indonesia. We focus on charitable and relief activities by providing support systems in the form of food, clean water, shelter, medical aid, and educational resources to the community recovering from disasters. Our goal is to make sure they get the help they need as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our Story
The 2004 Tsunami was a major powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 9.1 - 9.3 Mw that washed away almost 1/3 of the region of Aceh in Indonesia and with almost 170,000 casualties. Indonesia Relief USA was founded in 2005 in responding to those survivors who were in dire need of help with the necessities.
Indonesia Relief USA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing disaster relief to those affected by natural disasters in Indonesia. We work closely with the local community to provide aid and support to those in need.
Our team is made up of passionate individuals with a shared goal of delivering quality aid to those affected by disasters. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with EIN: 26-1172969, we are committed to making a difference and work hard to ensure that your donations are used to provide direct relief and recovery efforts to those in need.
